Video Vault: Veronica Rossi of Under the Never Sky (Inside Look)

Since I'm holding a giveaway for my favorite book of the year thus farUnder the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi, I thought it would be great to share a video about the author's process of world building. There are some pretty cool illustrations in the video and her dog is adorable! Take a look!

Have you read the book? If you have, did you like it? Thoughts below!

  1. Ok, seriously?! You have the best timing with your blogs! It's almost like I'm wishing to the Nawanda Files god and it is granting me with awesome content! I was so in the mood for some Under the Never Sky, this video was excellent!

First of all, she's gorgeous! She was born in Brazil, need I say more? And this video is AWESOME. Her dog and cat? Adorable! Am I alone in saying that I tried to pause the screen when she passed by a chapter on her mac to see if it was from book 2? Probably not.. haha.

She's posted a photo of her dog laying on her desk before and it always cracks me up because that's how animals see themselves! They think they can fit into any space, which usually isn't the case after they grow out of their puppy stage. But it makes me wonder how big her desk really is, since it didn't look too engulfed in her doggie.... yes, these are the things I think about. :)

Anyways, thanks for sharing this video!

    1. HAHA!!! Thanks! I'm always in the mood for a little Under the Never Sky :)

And yes, she's is so pretty and very articulate. If I had an interview or vlog post I would sound like a loon :) I also paused at the screen, you are not alone!! I'll give anything to have a hint about book 2!

That's a good point about her desk. Her dog did look medium sized...that's a pretty large desk, lol :) I guess when you're an author that's probably the most important piece of furniture.

I also love that these are the things you think about! It makes your comments extra awesome :)

  2. Great video !! Her dog looks adorable !!
I really can't wait to read this book .. Thanks for sharing Krista !!
